The site is bordered by the Ottawa River, the Ottawa Parliament as well as several parks, making it one of the most central urban sites in the country! Riverside is open to people of all ages. However, we strongly recommend that those aged 15 and under be accompanied by an adult. Due to the nature of our electronic music festival, it is strongly recommended not to bring a young child. ๐ง
The legal drinking age in Quebec is 18. If you wish to consume alcoholic beverages on site, please have two (2) valid pieces of identification in your possession. ๐ฎโโ๏ธ

No cash will be accepted. Only theCredit and debit cards will be valid payment methods anywhere on the Site. ๐ณ
Yes, water will flow freely throughout the Riverside Festival ๐. Access to the site allows you to bring one (1) empty reusable plastic bottle (!!) so that you can refill it later.

As in all other festivals, only small bags and handbags will be allowed. All bags will be searched. ๐

Only granola bar snacks and reusable plastic water bottles will be allowed on site this year.
To ensure security, we ask that festival-goers remain on the event site after their pass has been scanned. The Riverside Festival team reserves the right to refuse access to any person who leaves the site after having already accessed it the same evening. ๐ ๐ผโโ๏ธ๐ ๐ฝ

Yes. There will be police officers and paramedics. A first aid tent is also set up. ๐ฉบ๐

Free spaces are available in several nearby streets. Indoor parking at the Canadian Museum of History costs $13 per day. ๐ The bus, bike, scooter and your feet are strongly recommended. ๐๐ด๐ปโโ๏ธ๐ด๐ The earlier you arrive, the easier it is to find a place. ๐ Obviously, if you consume alcohol, you don't drive. ๐ค

Yes! We advise you to arrive through the main entrance to the site located at the Laurier-Victoria corner. The use of nearby parking lots is recommended. โฟ๏ธ

The Canadian Museum of History site offers a non-smoking environment, but an area for this purpose will be set up separately on the festival site. Only cigarettes and vaping will be permitted. The consumption of cannabis remains prohibited on the site of the Canadian Museum of History. โโ๐ซ
