Step 3: You can write to us via R1VE, our virtual sidekick, directly on the website or via our social media. If you're old fashioned, send us an email at info@riversidefestival.ca explaining the situation and including your full name and order number. We'll take care of the rest! 💻

Riverside is open to people of all ages. However, we strongly recommend that those 15 and under be accompanied by an adult due to the high traffic during the festival. Due to the nature of our electronic music festival, it is strongly discouraged to bring a young child. 🧒
The legal drinking age in Quebec is 18. If you wish to consume alcoholic beverages on the premises, please have two (2) valid forms of identification with you. 👮
New this year: there will be a locker rental service for a fee to store your backpacks and other belongings.
Yes, cameras are allowed 🙌. However, professional audio or video recording equipment is not allowed. You'll have to settle for recording with Instagram my friends. 💁

A smoking area will be set up on the site.
As in public areas, cannabis remains prohibited on the Canadian Museum of History site. 🚫
All cannabis products brought to the festival grounds must be in a SQDC sealed package, or any other government sources, and have been legally purchased in Canada. Any cannabis products that do not comply with the law will not be accepted or permitted on site. An individual may carry a maximum of 30 grams, the maximum amount allowed by law. No sale or consumption of cannabis is permitted on site.
Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in expulsion from the site.
Free parking is available on several nearby streets. Indoor parking at the Canadian Museum of History costs $13 per day. 🚗 Bus, bike, scooter and your feet are highly recommended. 🚎🚴🏻🛴👟
The earlier you get there, the easier it is to find a spot. 👌
Obviously, if you drink alcohol, you don't drive. 🤓
Whether you're green, broke, forward-thinking or all three at once, the festival encourages active transportation! Moving before the party is always good for your health!

On foot 👟 : You're going to find a LOT of places to walk around. Streets, sidewalks... It's crazy like that in Gatineau!

I hope so! We recommend that you arrive through the main entrance of the site located at the corner of Laurier-Victoria. Use of the nearby parking lots is recommended. ♿️
For a space in the parking lot of the Canadian Museum of History, we advise you to arrive early.
Yes. There will be police officers and paramedics on site. A first aid tent is also set up. 🩺🚑
The event will return to the beautiful site of the Canadian Museum of History! The site is bordered by the Ottawa River, the Ottawa Parliament as well as several parks, it makes it one of the most central urban sites in the country! It makes you want to party! On September 8, 9, and 10, 2023, Riverside Festival will run from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Plenty of time to enjoy your evening with your friends! 🎉

Make sure you still find out what the weather is like before you head to the venue and dress accordingly. ☔
You know, a cold is as flat as a hangover, but without the fun of the night before. 🥴
To ensure the safety of your gang, we ask that festival goers remain on the event site after their pass has been scanned. The Riverside Festival team reserves the right to deny access to anyone who leaves the site after having already accessed the site on the same night. 🙅🏼🙅🏽
Credit and debit cards will be the only payment methods accepted anywhere on the site. 💳
Like any other festivals, only SMALL SIZE bags and purses will be allowed. All bags will be searched. 👀

Yes, water will be flowing throughout the Riverside Festival 🌊.
Access to the site allows you to bring one (1) empty (!!) reusable plastic bottle so you can refill it afterwards.
